RATES AND FEES FOR NEW JERSEY Basic Rate is used in all cases note covered by Reissue Rate, Refinance Rate, or Modification Rate.
Reissue Rate is used if the same property is covered by an owner’s Title Policy issued within 10 years, insuring the last deed of conveyance.
Refinance Rate is used for refinance, recast, or substitution loan by same borrower on the same property up to the face amount of prior loan.
Modification Rate is used for insuring mortgage modification or extension agreements by same borrower on the same property.
Simultaneous Issue: When a loan policy is issued to a mortgagee simultaneously with a policy issued to the owner, an additional charge of $25.00 will be made.
Endorsements are provided depending on the requirements of the lender as well as the title commitment. Here are a few common endorsements (as applicable): |
